Download Emburse Enterprise Mobile

Emburse Enterprise Mobile is available in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Scan the appropriate QR code with your mobile device or, if you are on your mobile device, tap the store's logo below to download the app.

Alternatively, you may navigate to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device and search for "Emburse Enterprise Mobile." Next to the app's logo tap Get or Install. Follow the onscreen instructions to authorize installation of the app.

Log In to Emburse Enterprise Mobile

Once you have downloaded Emburse Enterprise Mobile from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, log in to the app using your Emburse Enterprise credentials.

1. When you open the app for the first time, tap Log In.

2. On the login screen, enter the same email address you use to access Emburse Enterprise and tap Continue.

3. What you see next is determined by your organization's configuration. If your organization uses...

  • IDP/SSO, you will be directed to that login page.
  • Email Authentication, you will receive a one-time passcode via email to enter in the app.
  • Emburse Enterprise's standard login page, you will be directed there to enter the same credentials you use to log in to Emburse Enterprise.

Once you have logged in, you will remain logged in for at least 30 days. The session will be extended by 30 days every time you use the app, for a maximum of 90 days.

If the app remains idle for 15 minutes, you will need to unlock it via your device's PIN or biometrics, but you will not be required to log back in.

Login Error Messages

You may receive one of the following error messages if your organization has not been configured properly for Emburse Enterprise Mobile.

Your organization has not been set up for mobile. Please reach out to your application system admin.

If you see this error message, report it to your Emburse Enterprise administrator. The admin will work with Emburse Enterprise's suport team to resolve the mobile configuration issue.

Something went wrong; we couldn't authenticate you. Please try again or contact Support.

This error usually occurs when the user record is not being properly recorded in Emburse's authentication system. Notify your Emburse Enterprise admin so that they may create a case with our support team to work on resolving the issue.

Log Out of Emburse Enterprise Mobile

While it is recommended that you remain logged in for the best user experience, you may manually log out by tapping the Profile icon in the upper right corner of the home screen, then tapping Log Out at the bottom of the screen.
