View Receipts In Your Wallet

The Emburse Chrome River app is currently only available to US-based Chrome River Expense users.

Your Wallet displays all of your unused receipts that have been uploaded to your expense solution and allows you to see the status of receipts you have uploaded via the Emburse Chrome River app.

Access Your Wallet by tapping the Wallet button in the bottom right of the Home Screen or the Camera.

Your Wallet consists of three sections: Search, Pending, and Processing Complete.

Search

You may search for receipts by words in the note or numbers in the amount.

Pending

Here you may view the progress of receipts that are still uploading or being processd by OCR.

 

Pending Receipt Statuses

YW_-_Upload_Status.png Uploading: Receipt has not yet reached your expense solution.
YW_-_OCR_Status.png OCR Processing: Receipt has reached your expense solution and is waiting for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to complete. 

 

This is also where you will see any warnings (yellow triangle) or errors (red circle) on a pending receipt. Tap the receipt for further details and, if available, the option to retry processing.

Once a receipt has finished OCR processing, it will move to the Processing Complete section grouped by date, below.

 

Processing Complete

At the bottom of Your Wallet you may view all unused receipts that have been uploaded to your expense solution, including those not uploaded via the Emburse Chrome River app. Once a receipt is used, it will no longer appear in Your Wallet, regardless of how it was uploaded.

Receipts are grouped by upload date, with the newest at the top. If you added a note, it will appear between the thumbnail image and the Currency and Amount extracted by OCR. Otherwise, the Merchant name will appear once OCR processing is complete.

The red dots indicate new items.

View Receipt Details

Tap on a receipt to view the image and the OCR-extracted Currency, Amount, Transaction Date, and any note that was added during upload. 

For longer receipts, swipe up on the image to view the rest of the receipt. Double-tap on the receipt to enter zoom mode.

Multipage receipts will display a row of white dots at the bottom of the image. Swipe left and right to navigate among the pages.

Tap the Download icon in the upper right corner to save a copy of the image to your mobile device.

Tap Delete to remove the image from Your Wallet. This will also remove the image from your expense solution. You will be asked to confirm the deletion. Tap Delete again.

It is also possible to quickly delete receipts simply by swiping right on them in Your Wallet.
