Delete and Restore Receipts in the Recycle Bin

Emburse Enterprise Mobile is currently only available to US-based Emburse Enterprise users.

The Recycle Bin contains receipts that have been deleted from expense reports and your Wallet, regardless of whether they were deleted in Emburse Enterprise Mobile or in your expense solution. Here you may easily swipe left to restore or swipe right to permanently delete receipts.

Tap on the Recycle Bin icon in the upper right corner of Your Wallet to access the Recycle Bin.

You may search for receipts by words in the note or numbers in the amount.

Return a Receipt to the Wallet

There are two ways to move a receipt from the Recycle Bin back to the Wallet.

1. Swipe left on the receipt in the Recycle Bin.

2. Alternatively, you may tap on the receipt to view it, then tap Restore in the bottom right.

Permanently Delete a Receipt from the Recycle Bin

There are two ways to permanently delete a receipt from the Recycle Bin.

1. Swipe right on a receipt to permanently delete it from the recycle bin.

You will have a few seconds to reverse this action by tapping Undo in the green pop-up message at the bottom of the screen.

2. Alternatively, tap on the receipt to view it, then tap Delete in the bottom left.

You will be asked to confirm permanent deletion. Tap Delete.
