Manage Travel Itineraries Users whose organizations have activated Emburse's Enterprise Mobile Travel will see a Travel button in the menu at the bottom of the mobile app. This allows you to view the itineraries of your upcoming trips, including status updates, and the history of your past trips. You may also share your itineraries with colleagues to keep them informed of your travel plans. View Itineraries From anywhere in the app, tap the Travel button in the navigation bar across the bottom of the app. You may also easily access your upcoming trip from the home screen by tapping it in the Upcoming Trip section. You will see itineraries booked by your organization's travel management company, if enabled, or those you have forwarded to trips@go.emburse.com from your work email address. The trip happening soonest is displayed by default. Tap the My Trips tabs across the top to access other upcoming trips. If the status of any trip item changes, you will be alerted in the app in real time. To view the itineraries of past trips, tap View Older. Add a Trip If your organization uses a travel management company and has a travel feed enabled, your trip data and any reservations changes will be sent to Emburse Mobile automatically. Otherwise, you may forward your booking confirmation email from the airline, hotel or other vendor to trips@go.emburse.com using your work email address to have the plans appear on the Travel tab of the app. Note: Reservation changes to trips forwarded via email will not automatically appear in Emburse mobile (e.g., if you cancel your original flight and rebook on a new one). If your travel arrangements are not made by your organization's travel management company, be sure to forward the new booking confirmation to trips@go.emburse.com. If your trip has not appeared in the app, double-check that you forwarded the confirmation email to trips@go.emburse.com from the work email address linked to your Emburse Enterprise profile. If the trip still has not appeared within a few minutes, contact your Emburse Enterprise administrator for assistance. Edit or Remove a Trip Trips added via email forwarding cannot be edited or deleted in the app at this time. If there is an error in your itinerary, forward the corrected confirmation email to trips@go.emburse.com, or contact your travel manager or support team for help.
