Get Started The home screen is your portal to all the Emburse Enterprise features you may access via the Emburse Enterprise mobile app. It also displays such action items as recent receipts and drafts, approvals, returned expenses, and pre-approval requests. Admin and Emburse Analytics features are not accessible via the app. Log in to Emburse Enterprise online to access these features. Action Needed This section displays if you have returned expense reports, returned pre-approvals, or items awaiting your approval. Tap the arrow to be taken to that section of your Emburse Enterprise account. This is the only way to access approvals from within the Emburse Enterprise mobile app. Capture a Receipt Tap the blue Camera button to capture a receipt. Create and Submit an Expense Report You may create an expense report, add images, attach existing expenses like credit card transations, and submit the report all from inside the Emburse Enterprise mobile app. See Create and Submit an Expense Report on Emburse Mobile App for complete details. Navigation Bar Tap the buttons in the navigation bar across the bottom of the app to access... Wallet: All the images you have captured with the Emburse Mobile app appear in your Wallet. Create: Start a new expense report or capture a receipt image. Pre-Approvals: If your organization uses the Pre-Approval module, you will be able to access it in Emburse Enterprise desktop app from a button in the mobile app's navigation bar. Travel: If your organization has activated Emburse's Enterprise Mobile Travel, you will be able to view the itineraries of your upcoming trips, including status updates, and the history of your past trips. Expenses: Access your Drafts, Returned, and Submitted dashboards in Emburse Enterprise. Account Settings Tap Account Settings to access the same user Account Settings found in your Enterprise account. Profile Tap the Profile button in the upper right corner to view your personal information, the app version, and our privacy statement. If you have been assigned as another user's delegate, you may tap Switch Account to begin working for them. See Add or Work as a Delegate for details.
